i can't believe it's week 4

waiting till the last minute is usually not me, or what i try to do in my classes. But i've been hiding under the covers since the ice storm, and then snow that came to visit us in oklahoma. all i can say is i am so ready for spring. But thank heaven's i'm caught up on homework, and will have to get back at it tomorrow, when i crawl out of bed. I just hope it is after noon! lol :) the pictures are of my fur kids, the one picture is of luna and angel, my two oldest iggys, then river my boy iggy, and then dot my itty bitty iggy! they are my constant bedwarmers. :) next post i'll try to remember to show you some of my tattoos!

getting motivated, it's week 3 and i'm having a problem getting motivated. I have been feeling like hammered dog crap, and realize i still have 7 more weeks to go. I just want to run screaming out into the night. if it weren't for my iggys i just don't think i could go on. last 10 weeks one of my study mates from comp 1 was having issues, now i see exactly where she was coming from.

a big congratulations professor on your news of the upcoming new baby, i'll cross my fingers that you get a girl. (but you know it's the father that determines the sex of the child). But i will pray and cross fingers and toes and dog legs, that you have a girl this time around. Then you would be able to dress her up and stuff! :)

the picture i posted is me with angel my first italian greyhound. She is about 9 or 10 years old. She was trying on a friends iggy's jammies. I finally had to buy her a pair of her own.

this is just a test, do not pass go, do not collect $200. No really I am just doing this to see if I can post a picture. if this works, it will be a picture of fang, the last show rottweiler i had. i miss him a lot. (I wonder, how come when i get up to work on homework, i am hungry, and want to eat. Maybe i should do a paper on that, am i like pavlovs dogs)? lol :)

Your favorite movies

I absolutely love movies, some of my favorites are Shrek, stigmata, enemy at the gates, pay it forward, the sixth sense, cadence, the usual suspects, unforgiven, memoirs of a geisha, the birdcage, miss congeniality, saving private ryan, good boy (it has an italian greyhound in it), almost all the movies with dogs in them. But I don't like movies like cujo, or any movie that portrays dogs in a bad light. I have lots more.
I like movies with tom hanks, jude law, bruce willis, sandra bullock, kevin spacey, and many more. So tell me what are some of your favorite movies and why? Some of your favorite actors and actresses. I hope I get some responses to this one, since I love to know what others like, and why!!!

The starting of week 2

Wow, it has all ready been a week. Now we are into week 2 of classes. I took my A&P 2 test and I was very pleased and got 100%. Woo hoo, I so wish I could keep that up for the entire class. But I know I will end up tripping up somewhere during these classes. We are doing the heart now, and it is so confusing. But I will have to work my fanny off to try to stay on the honor roll this 10 weeks. But it is still cold, and I don't have anything else to do but study and sleep. So I don't freeze my booty off outside. I am so ready for spring. When I get a little better acquainted with my blog, I will add a few sites I find interesting, and websites for things near and dear to my heart. I know one that I hope there is one, for helping to get vests or money donated towards bullet proof vests for any of the dogs that are working overseas with our military. Since I am a big dog lover, I want to help any dogs that our helping our young men and women that are serving our country. Not only in the jobs they do, but in being companions and hopefully they help keep our service men and women in good spirits when they are down. I think it is time for me to shut up, and get back to doing homework. See everyone in the funny papers! :) or on the d/b in class.
