school break

this is a ramble, and bitch and complain posting.
i don't think about it much until i am on a break, but i wish it was longer than a week! right now i am wishing it would be 2 weeks, if i could sleep, and not wake up for the whole week,  i would do it. i am glad it is summer, but i really hate it when the temperature gets into the triple digits. (but i still hate cold weather the most). river had a bladder and kidney infection, but he is much better now, and i'm thrilled. i had thought he had got caught in the hailstorm that had hit, because he was acting like he had been injured, but it was just the pain. i am also attempting to quit smoking, which sometimes i think i'm crazy for even trying. and i'm still pissed at kaplan and their new late policy, (and this is funny because i usually don't hold a grudge, but this one is worth holding on to).
i also have become a huge fan of the deadliest catch. 
i could watch them all day everyday. i'd actually be thrilled if they made the show a couple of hours long, instead of just an hour. and have tried to add all of them that have pages on facebook as friends. they are all very entertaining, and fun to watch. it also gives me someone to worry about other than regular every day stuff. so i hope anybody that is going to kaplan if you read this, tell your advisor what you think about their new late policy, i know i am not the only one that is pissed off about this change. tell them!!! until it affects their pocketbook they won't do something about it. All they have to do is reinstate the old late policy, the one that worked!!!

the last night of this 10 weeks

tonight is the last night of this 10 weeks. This is my 50th week, i get a one week break before the next 10 weeks starts. i just got my books for the next 10 weeks and they weigh a ton. i have one class that is on monday night and i think that sucks. And i'm still pissed off about the new late policy, i wish they would reinstate the old late policy. and i won't be referring anybody to kaplan until they listen to some of the student body, and change it back. i guess i will just refer people to the university of phoenix, or tell them to find a online university that has a late policy. since kaplan doesn't want to pull their heads out. anyway, everyone have a great one week holiday, see you in a couple of weeks. :)

onto week 7

i have decided to have a small rant. i am still pissed about the new no late policy at kaplan. i know i won't recommend kaplan until they either consider changing this policy back to the way it was last 40 weeks. what do you think we are morons. that when we get out in the real world, that we tell our employer, oh sorry, i have to turn my project in late, cause i just couldn't get it done. well i'm not a moron, and i know the difference between working out in the real world and school. but *hit happens and sometimes i might have to turn something in late. i still want credit for it. but if you force me to, i will go to the er, just to make you happy, and that i can still get a grade, even if it might be late, and i will have points deducted. you would just make it easier on those, that might be sick, and don't have the funds to always go to the doctor. (for example i have a classmate, and now because of your new rule about this flipping late policy, she is flunking out. I hope you will be happy taking her money for another 10 weeks, when she could have got it done this 10 weeks, it just might have been late. And she is one that can't afford to go to the doctor. If it weren't for friends, she would not even be back online to attend school, if it hadn't been for a few friends to finally help her get a replacement computer, because hers broke last 10 weeks). (ok, i'll get off of my soapbox, for now).

week 3 is almost over

i have quite a bit of homework to get done before midnight tonight. but i am going to bust my butt to get it done. i have not had much sleep. been down in my back, and so broke i can't see straight. i sure wish the school would send us our money before July. But i know there isn't anything i can do to get them to send it earlier. i have applied for more money for school through the chickasaw tribe, and everything i can apply for through them. i also applied for a laptop through the chickasaw nation. i so hope i get the money and the laptop, it would really help. i hope everyone is doing good in their studies. i hate their new rule of not being able to turn anything in late. i liked the rules that we had the last 40 weeks i had attended, where we could turn stuff in late, as long as it wasn't over 2 weeks late. i usually tried never to do it, but there were times, i just had to. oh well, study hard everyone. see you in seminars on thursday. and by the way hi dennis, and hi to my comp 2 professor...hope your doing ok. i miss ya.

week 10

Hi everyone, I wanted to let you know that i am doing blue for how i feel not having this class anymore. It actually scared the tar out of me going into it. I finally was doing better in a & p 2, and then tanked my final. So I guess this 10 weeks my gpa is going to take an enormous hit. darn, so much for being on the honor roll this 10 weeks. I will try and visit everyone's blog once a week or every 2 weeks. I am going to miss you all, it was a fun class, and it would not have been complete without each and every one of you! I am going to miss Dennis a lot. So everyone take care, and study hard!! If anyone is going into the disease's of the human body, or keyboarding, maybe i will see you there! Sincerely S aka fangy
